Data we process

We process identity and contact details, addresses, preferences, order history and Kings Club activity. Payment data is processed by Stripe; Matchkings does not store full card numbers.

Purposes and retention

We use data to manage accounts, payments, delivery, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We retain only what is needed for applicable legal and operational periods.

The newsletter only becomes active after email confirmation. Each communication includes an individual link to withdraw consent and stop future campaigns.

Service providers

Essential providers include Supabase for data and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email and Vercel for hosting. We share only the data needed to provide each service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion and withdraw applicable consent by contacting geral@matchkings.store. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
