Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final amount, shipping and discounts are confirmed before payment.

An automated order confirmation does not prevent a full cancellation and refund in case of pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud.

Payment and preparation

Preparation starts after the payment provider confirms payment. Matchkings does not store full card details.

Made-to-order or personalised items may take longer than in-stock items. Displayed lead times are estimates and updates are shown in the customer account.

Personalisation

Customers must confirm names, numbers, sizes and patches before payment. Personalised products may only be returned when defective or supplied incorrectly by Matchkings.
