Preparation

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Product and checkout estimates do not include exceptional carrier delays.

In-stock products are prepared first. Made-to-order and pre-order products depend on supplier availability and lead time.

Delivery and tracking

Shipping cost and method are shown at checkout. Tracking becomes available in the customer account and public order lookup after dispatch.

Check the address before payment. Costs caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery may be charged where legally permitted.
