After payment confirmation, in-stock orders to mainland Portugal are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (business days), unless the product page or checkout states otherwise.

Made-to-order, pre-order or personalized products follow the lead time shown on the product page and at checkout.

Exceptional carrier delays are not included in these estimates.
