Right of withdrawal

Where consumer law applies, you may notify us of a return within 14 days of receipt. Contact geral@matchkings.store first and include your order number.

The item must be complete, unused and in its received condition. After inspection, refunds are made to the original payment method within the legal period.

Exceptions and defects

Items personalised to customer specifications are excluded from the withdrawal right, without affecting rights for defects, damage or Matchkings errors.

Do not send items without return instructions. Keep proof of postage until the process is complete.
