Returns
Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law applies, you may notify us of a return within 14 days of receipt. Contact geral@matchkings.store first and include your order number.
The item must be complete, unused and in its received condition. After inspection, refunds are made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
For returns under the withdrawal right, the customer is responsible for packaging and return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges, exceptions and defects
We accept exchanges of eligible, complete and unused items. Contact us within 14 days of receipt for instructions and to confirm availability of the requested item.
Items personalised to customer specifications are excluded from withdrawal and preference-based exchanges, without affecting rights for defects, damage or Matchkings errors.
Where there is a defect, damage or Matchkings error, we cover the necessary return costs. Do not send items without instructions and keep proof of postage until the process is complete.
