When will my order be dispatched?

Preparation starts after payment confirmation. Timing depends on the product status: in stock, last units, made to order or pre-order. Tracking appears in your account after dispatch.

Can I customize a jersey?

Yes, when the option is available on the product page. Check the name, number, size and patch carefully before payment because customized items cannot be returned due to preference.

Which payments are available?

Methods shown at checkout are processed securely by Stripe. Card, MB WAY, Apple Pay or Google Pay availability depends on the device, country and payment-method configuration.

How do I track an order?

Sign in to your account to view the current status and order history. The tracking code is shown there after dispatch.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Eligible, complete and unused items can be notified for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt. See the Returns page for conditions and exceptions.
